How to make VEG MAGGI PAKORA ( বাড়িতে সবজি দিয়ে মাগ্গি পকোড়া তৈরী ) at home by Indian Food Masti

VEG MAGGI PAKORA is an amazing crunchy snack. Maggi is very popular nowadays. Maggi itself is a very yummy dish. So, when you mix Maggi with the veggies and make the pakora it become more tasty. This pakora has its own unique taste and kids love this snack. Veg Maggi pakora is also an ideal snack for those fussy kids who don't like to eat vegetables. You can use different kind of veggies into this pakora and feed them with all the goodness of vegetables as well.  You can also use cauliflower, green peas, potato, just cut them finely. This VEG MAGGI PAKORA is also an ideal party snack as it don't take lots of time. You can serve this with tomato sauce or any of your or your kids favourite chutney or serve it with hot tea or coffee.

INGREDIENTS:

(1) Boiled Maggi-1 Packet, (2) Sliced Onion-2 Medium Size, (3) Grated Carrot- 1 Cup, (4) Shredded Cabbage-1 Cup, (5) Finely Chopped Ginger- 1 Tbsp, (6) Finely Chopped Garlic-1 Tbsp, (7) Chopped Coriander Leaves-2 Tbsp, (8) Chopped Green Chillies-1 Tbsp or as per taste, (9) Gram Flour-3 Tbsp, (10) Rice Flour-1Tbsp, (11) Maggi Taste Maker, (12) Salt to Taste.

Making time of VEG MAGGI PAKORA:
Preparation Time: 10 Minutes. 
Cooking Time: 5 Minutes. 
Total Time: 15 Minutes.

Step by step making process of VEG MEGGI PAKORA:
(1) Take a bowl and add the shredded cabbage, sliced onion, grated carrot, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves and salt to taste.




(2) Mix all the veggies nicely.


(3) Now add the gram flour, rice flour, maggi taste maker and mix it with the veggies. Don't add water. If it's too dry then add water otherwise water is not needed.


(4) The pakora mixture needs to be sticky.


(5) Now add half of the boiled maggi and mix it. 


(6) Now add the rest of boiled maggi into the bowl and
 take small portion of the mixture and warp it with some boiled maggi.


(7) Heat some oil in a wok. Drop the pakoras one by one and deep-fry them on low flame till it become golden & crispy. 


(8) Now your VEG MAGGI PAKORA is ready to serve.
