SEMOLINA SANDWICH is a really very healthy & tasty dish. It is also a quick breakfast recipe. It is really very easy to make. If you are in a hurry and you don't have enough time to make a proper breakfast this recipe can be a great time sever as well as a healthy option. It has vegetable, curd , cheese , so it is also very healthy for your kids. If you are making this for the kids you can skip the chilli flakes. You can customized the vegetable according to your liking or what ever available in your kitchen. It is a unique recipe to try. You can also make this for snake-time or pack it for tiffin. This is a very time saving recipe to try on a busy day. You can serve this with ketchup or any sauce or any chutney.

INGREDIENTS:

(1) Semolina -1Cup, (2) Curd-1/2 Cup, (3) Onion finely chopped-1/2 Cup, (4) Carrot garated-1/2, (5) Capsicum Finely Chopped-1/2, (6) Coriander Leaves Finely Chopped-2 Tbsp, (7) Chilli Flakes- 1/2 Tsp,(8) Black Pepper Powder-1/2 Tsp, (9) Grated Cheese, (10) Backing Soda- 1/2 Tsp, (11) Salt to taste, (12) Butter.

Making time of NO BREAD SANDWICH/ SANDWICH WITH SEMOLINA:
Preparation Time: 30 Minutes.
Cooking Time: 20 Minutes.
Total Time: 50 Minutes.

Step by step making process of NO BREAD SANDWICH/ SANDWICH WITH SEMOLINA:
(1) In a bowl take the semolina, curd, salt to taste and mix it.


(2) Add water gradually and make a smooth batter.


(3) Now add the chopped onion, grated carrot, chopped capsicum, chopped coriander leaves, chilli flakes, black peeper powder and mix it nicely.




(4) Cover it and rest it for 10-20 minutes.


(5) Open the lid and give it a mix. Add some more water if needed and make a thick batter.


(6) Add the baking soda and mix.


(7) Grease a sandwich maker with butter.


(8) Fill half of the sandwich maker with the batter.


(9) Add some grated cheese. Cover the cheese with the more batter.


(10) Close the maker and grill until it become golden brown.


(11) Open carefully and your SEMOLINA SANDWICH is ready to serve.
