INGREDIENTS:

(1) 2 Egg Beaten, (2) 2 Hard Boiled Egg, (3) 1 Small Sized Onion Finely Chopped, (4) 1 Green Chilli Finely Chopped, (5) 1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves, (6) Crushed Black Pepper, (7) Red Chilli Powder, (8) Salt To Taste, (9) Oil.

Making time of BOILED EGG OMELETTE:
Preparation Time:10 Minutes.
Cooking Time: 10 Minutes.
Total Time: 20 Minutes.

Step by Step by making process of BOILED EGG OMELETTE:
(1) In a bowl take the eggs and some salt to taste, crushed black pepper and beat the egg nicely. 


(2) Now add the chopped onion, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves and beat and mix well.


(3) Heat some oil in a pan.


(4) Now pour the omelette mixture into the pan and spread equally.


(5) Now cut the boiled eggs into round slices.


(6) Then place the roundly cut boiled eggs on top of the omelette one by one.


(7) Now sprinkle some red chilli powder, crushed black pepper and coriander leaves.


(8) Cover it and cook it till the egg is done. 


(9) Cook the egg in low flame and serve it hot.
