How to make FISH EGG POKODA in a simple way at home by INDIAN FOOD MASTI

FISH EGG POKODA ( Macher Dimer Pokoda) is one of the famous and loved recipe in Bengali kitchen. It goes nicely with a cup of warm tea or coffee. We, Bengali serve it as starter with rice and khichdi.

Course- As starter or snack.   Cuisine- Indian, Serving- Serving 2.

INGREDIENTS:
(1) 100 gm Fish Egg. (2) 1 medium size onion finely chopped. (3) 4 to 5 garlic cloves finely chopped. (4) 4 green chilli finely chopped. (5) coriander leaves chopped. (6) 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder. (7) 1 teaspoon red chilli powder. (8) 2 teaspoon besan. (9) 1 teaspoon rice flour. (10) Salt to taste. (11) Oil for frying.

Making time of FISH EGG POKODA ( Macher Dimer Pokoda):
Preparation Times- 15 minutes.
Cooking Times- 15 minutes.
Total Times- 30 minutes.

Simple making process of FISH EGG POKODA ( Macher Dimer Pokoda):
1) Wash and clean fish the egg properly. Then take this fish egg in a mixing bowl and add chopped onion, chopped garlic and green chilli, chopped coriander leaves.
2) Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, besan, rice flour, and salt to taste and mix it very well.
 3) Your Fish Egg Pokoda mixture is ready.
4) Heat oil in a pan. Take small portion of mixture give any shape of your choice and deep fry it till it became crisp and golden on medium flame.
5) Now FISH EGG POKODA is ready to serve as starter with rice or khichdi.
